nuCamp T@B 400 "SEQUOIA"
This spacious teardrop is the perfect size for an extended trip or a fun getaway with a little extra breathing room. It has all the essentials for a luxury camping experience, including a dedicated queen bed and dinette that converts to a compact sleeping area.
This T@B weighs in just under 2,400 lbs and can be towed by most SUVs and pick-ups! It’s ideal for someone looking for a lightweight travel camper with a bathroom and kitchenette. An iconic teardrop with a modern and luxurious design.
We have a 3 night minimum for all of our rentals. Holiday weekends (Presidents Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day) have a 4-night minimum rental. No pickup or return appointments will be scheduled on 4th of July, Thanksgiving or Christmas days
Want to bring your furry family member? We are proud to be pooch friendly! Your dog must be under 30 lbs, and reasonably mellow. We charge a one-time additional cleaning fee of $40. We are empathetic to those with allergies, so we give the trailer an extra thorough vacuuming and disinfecting wipe-down after these smaller, happier tenants. There is no charge or weight limit for Service Dogs per the ADA guidelines. Per the ADA, Service Animals in training, emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered Service Dogs. Sorry, no cats, ever.
To make sure your teardrop is delivered in wonderful condition, all rentals have a one-time cleaning fee. That fee is $40 Rocky and Ranger, $60 for Topanga and Shasta, and $80 for Sequoia. This covers our time and expenses for interior & exterior cleaning, laundering of sheets and towels, and replenishing of consumable goodies (paper products, coffee/tea, etc). We ask our guests not to wash the outside of the trailer. We would prefer to do it ourselves. Weird, huh? Don’t worry, we know you’ve been camping and dirt may have been involved.
We provide comprehensive and collision insurance on all of our trailers at no additional cost to our renters. We do not provide liability insurance coverage on the trailers, you must provide liability coverage. Most auto insurance policies also cover liability on a towed trailer if an accident happens on the road, so you should not need separate towing insurance for the trailer. If you have questions about your tow vehicle’s liability coverage, call your insurance company.
Just in case the unthinkable occurs, we are required to hold a $500 credit card preauthorization as a damage deposit. We manage this much like a hotel does when you check in to cover incidental charges. A preauthorization is not a charge to the credit card, but can result in one. It will remain active for as long as you have the trailer, and will be automatically released if the trailer and other rented items are returned reasonably clean with empty waste tanks, on time, and there is no damage or abuse.
