In a nutshell...

Our Premium Trailers

Most of our rental trailers are T@B teardrops that are standing height, with air conditioning, kitchens, and even toilets. Additionally, we have the shorter, more traditional teardrops which are smaller and can be towed with a smaller tow vehicle.

Currently we have 5 teardrop trailers for rent:

Let us know which one you are interested in, or give us a call and we'll help you decide!

Rental Rates

Our rates are very affordable, and we discount aggressively over time to enable you to take those awesome longer trips! Other teardrop trailer rentals are not in the same league: our trailers are standing height, have air conditioning and heat, kitchens with sinks and fridges, cooking and dining gear, sheets and towels, and are fully outfitted for a fabulous experience: just bring your favorite pillow and blanket, and food!

CURRENT RENTAL RATES

Looking to make your camping more fun and comfortable but don't want to buy camping gear you rarely use? We offer additional "add-on" items, like a tent that attaches to the side of the teardrop, a generator, even a "living room" setup!

Terms

We have a 3 night minimum for all of our rentals. These holiday weekends have a 4-night minimum rental : Presidents Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day. We need time off too, so no pickup or return appointments will be scheduled on 4th of July, Thanksgiving or Christmas days.

Dog Friendly

Want to bring your furry family member? We are proud to be pooch friendly! Your dog must be under 30 lbs, and reasonably mellow. We charge a one-time additional cleaning fee of $40. We are empathetic to those with allergies, so we give the trailer an extra thorough vacuuming and disinfecting wipe-down after these smaller, happier tenants. There is no charge or weight limit for Service Dogs per the ADA guidelines. Per the ADA, Service Animals in training, emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered Service Dogs. Sorry, no cats, ever.

Other Items Available

If you would like to customize your camping experience, we also offer optional add-ons such as portable generators, solar panels, side-mount tents, furnishings for an "outdoor living room", adjustable hitchs, and more! If you are interested, check out our ADD-ON ITEMS.

Making a Reservation

Our teardrop trailers are in high demand, and there may be a waiting list. You can check what trailers are available on specific dates on our AVAILABILITY CALENDAR. A signed Rental Agreement and reservation deposit are both required to hold your place on the rental calendar. The prepaid reservation deposit is 25% of the total rental cost, with the balance due 21 days prior to departure. The deposit will be credited to the total rental cost.

Pickup and Return Appointments

Trailer pick-up and return times are by appointment only. Much like a hotel check-in/out, we do not  offer morning pickups or late afternoon returns. We schedule trailer returns in the morning and pickups in the afternoons, allowing several hours in between to clean and prepare a trailer for the next guest.

We can occasionally make exceptions depending on what our guest reservation calendar looks like, and with advance arrangements. Much like a hotel, if you want to pick up a trailer in the early morning, or return in the evening, we will need to charge for an additional night of rental.

Cleaning Fee

To make sure your teardrop is delivered in wonderful condition, all rentals have a one-time cleaning fee. That fee is $60 for the trailers that have a wetbath (Outback, Tiki, Sofitel and Bingalow), and $40 for the trailers that do not have a wetbath (Escape, Nomad, and The General). This covers our time and expenses for interior & exterior cleaning, laundering of sheets and towels, and replenishing of consumable goodies (paper products, coffee/tea, etc). We ask our guests not to wash the outside of the trailer. We would prefer to do it ourselves. Weird, huh? Don’t worry, we know you’ve been camping and dirt may have been involved.

Before you return the trailer, please wash the dishes and any other of the cooking/serving tools in the galley. Also remember to dump the gray and black water tanks, as we do not have dump facilities. Other than that, we will take care of cleaning everything else in the trailer.

Insurance

We provide comprehensive and collision insurance on all of our trailers at no additional cost to our renters. We do not provide liability insurance coverage on the trailers. Most auto insurance policies also cover liability on a towed trailer if an accident happens on the road, so you should not need separate towing insurance for the trailer. If you have questions about your tow vehicle’s liability coverage, call your insurance company.

Damage Deposit

Just in case the unthinkable occurs, we are required to hold a $500 credit card preauthorization as a damage deposit. We manage this much like a hotel does when you check in to cover incidental charges. A preauthorization is not a charge to the credit card, but can result in one. It will remain active for as long as you have the trailer, and will be automatically released if the trailer and other rented items are returned reasonably clean with empty waste tanks, on time, and there is no damage or abuse.
